On the threshold of new “Dark Ages”
It certainly wasn’t that we took the European model of government, ideology and socialist programs and just moved them geographically to a new place and started over, not by a long shot.
We escaped the tyranny of a system that was not working for the people, only for the government and those to which the governing body wished to bestow its gracious larder upon. We became so powerful so quickly because of the type of government our founding fathers formed. It was a Government, “of the people, by the people, and for the people.” What that meant was that government would secure the basics and get out of the people’s way and allow them and the new system to dictate how and where the country would grow and also how fast. This being unique in history it was an experiment of which no one knew the outcome. As history has shown, this tenuous little experiment unprecedented in history has kick butt. Allowing the entrepreneurial spirit to soar and the free market and capital system to flourish is the reason for our great success.
The “Dark Ages” was a time in European history when all manner of human spirit was repressed not just art and writings and knowledge but the basic spirit it self was suppressed. The Renaissance period was a re- awakening of the spirit in Europe, just as the forming of a new nation was ours here in America.
Now however we find ourselves about to embark upon a new “Dark Ages.” I’m sure you are asking yourself, what is this lunatic talking about now? Well I’ll try to explain.
Here we are at a critical point in U.S. politics where a man that has no business even being in the race (and I use that term very loosely) is looking like he may win the presidency. Let me clarify that statement. The reason I say he has no business even being in the race is this, ask yourself this question; if Obama were a white person with that many dubious connections to such undesirable characters, would he even be in the race at this point? The answer to that would be no, if you are being truthful. Another question, once again if he were a white person would all his proposals and ideologies be glossed over and not analyzed to this extent? Once again if you are being truthful the answer would be no. So if you are laboring under the false allusion that this is not about race you are sadly mistaken. There is no racism here, there is no bigotry, there is no antipathy, just straightforward pragmatic thinking and observation. What saddens and worries me the most is how easily people can be led astray. There seems to be no discernable reason for the popularity of Obama. I hope dearly that it is not his ideology or proposals, for if it is those things that are fueling his popularity I am truly surprised. I am surprised because I can’t believe that a country and society that has become so affluent is willing to throw it all away by electing a man that wants to model this country after Europe, the exact place we broke away from, the exact socialist way of government and an ideology that suppresses the human spirit rather than allowing it to be free and prosper. Please don’t let demagoguery, or white guilt, or a misplaced hope guide your choice in electing a new president. Think about the future of the country and the next generations. Don’t forget Obama will use ideology as a trait for appointing Supreme Court justices. A justice is suppose to be appointed by their ability to interpret the constitution not legislate from the bench. If there are indeed three justices to be appointed in the next administration they will dictate the direction of the country for years to come. Remember they are there to adjudicate not to legislate. If McCain is the one to appoint new justices he would appoint them according to their abilities, not ideology, he has proved that by his past votes for justices.
In a nutshell what we have is a man that wants to plunge us into what we escaped two hundred and thirty some years ago, what we fought such hard won victories for, some of them pyrrhic victories indeed, and a man that wants to let the proven spirit of this country soar and grow to be what it was meant to be all those many years ago. A country that if allowed to flourish as a free society, capital system, and a country of entrepreneurs will once again be the shining city on the hill.

They get golden parachutes, we get golden showers
Yep here we go again. Let me just name a few of the decadent profligate recipients of the golden parachutes.
Stanley O’Neal of Merril Lynch, 161.5 mil, Angelo Mozilo of Countrywide, 121 mil, Charles Prince of Citigroup, 68 mil, Richard Fuld of Lehman Brothers, 22 mil, Kerry Killinger of Washington Mutual, 22 mil, Alan Fishman of Washington Mutual, 22 mil, after only three weeks, Jimmy Cayne of Bear Sterns, 61 mil, I’m getting tired of this, there are more, but I’m getting nauseated and don’t want to puke on my keyboard. Then of course as I mentioned before there are the AIG guys who stuck their fingers on our collective eyes and laughed all the way to the St. Regis Resort in California, the most exclusive place in the U.S. While on their little junket it cost that recently bailed out (by us taxpayers) company $440,000.000 green back samolians. The ones that get me are the two from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Daniel Mudd and Richard Syron. They were the worse perpetrators of bad lending practices and started this whole avalanche. They get to walk away with 7.3 and 6.3 respectively of good old golden parachutes, then there are Jim Johnson and Franklin Rains, they had to get their 100 mil golden parachutes. while we beleaguered taxpayers once again get the golden shower.
It all started with the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977 to counteract redlining practices. Since the original act there have been 6 regulatory changes. Each one has led us further down the path to ruination. The last big snafu was in 93 to 95 when Clinton asked regulators to reevaluate criteria so more people could get housing. The strong arm tactics that were used were just short of Jack-booted thugs, there by forcing lending institutions to lend to everyone and anyone. All this considered, in the final analysis this could have been avoided if people were doing their jobs. I don't have to tell you how we got wet, the problems are too many to enumerate here and are as varied as there are people. The guilt lies with both parties and many individuals, however from what I can glean by research trying desperately to be unbiased I find the onus and preponderance of evidence lies more heavily on Liberals than Conservatives. There certainly are times when the opposite is true, however in this case I found theses fact to be true. It’s outlandish how, no matter who these guys are, or how bizarre the circumstances, they will still end up with golden parachutes and we will end up with golden showers.Tuesday, October 7, 2008

Ponsy scheme/pyramid scheme
Back in the day of the Clinton administration they more or less used the affirmative action template to get rid of the red list real estate prejudice against people of color, geographical location and or income bracket, the socioeconomically depressed. The problem is that instead of just leveling the playing field, they went over the cliff, as they did with affirmative action. In affirmative action employers were forced to hire people that were not qualified and with this banking scheme they did basically the same. They were giving loans and mortgages to people that had no business owning that much of a high-end house. They were giving home equity loans for people to buy yachts, second houses, vacations, and fancy expensive cars, knowing full well that they neither had the ways nor the means to pay it back. They gave NINJA loans, (No Income, No Job or Assets, NINJA) Then the housing bubble started to deflate because there were way too many houses than there were buyers and the people that owned houses started to face reality, namely that they could ill afford what they had taken on for debt. The housing market started to see foreclosures and from then on in it was a downhill slide all the way. These supposed financiers and capitalists were presumed to be watching out for us, but they watched out for themselves instead. Now we, the tax payers, take the hit again. The CEOs and CFOs, Jim Johnson the CEO of Fannie Mae and Franklin Rains also of Fannie Mae fame got their hundred mil. severance packages and we get Bupkis. Both these guys, by the way, were advisors to Barack Obama till there was just too much controversy over preferential treatment from places like country wide corp. This Barack Obama just can’t seem to keep away from questionable dubious characters. Ok let’s see what we got here. This financial debacle, which can’t rest just on the shoulders of Obama or the Democrats there is plenty of blame to go around however, I must say that most of the people involved are Democrats. I guess that’s what you get when you want to have everyone have everything, and they want more of it? Talk about more of the same if a certain candidate gets in. With McCain they keep up the mantra of more of the same as Bush, but with Obama we will get worse of the same that caused this calamity. There is the deal with Tony Resco, The Jeremiah Wright fiasco, the William Ayers connection, that now we find out is much more involved than what we were first led believe. Add to that Reverend pflager and you have a man that should be so out of the running it’s not funny and still they keep anointing him. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There is the stretching of truth and making up history to suit his own means. My question is this; “how on God’s green earth can anyone in all good conscience vote for someone that has that many problems in his make up?” As I said, what I have stated here is only part of what I see as disqualifiers for presidency of the United States of America. It's just one thing after another and yet people still continue to support him. I must admit I am at a loss here. I have always prided myself as a pragmatic person who tries to look at things objectively, but this has got me. I know there are some things that may not sit well with people about John McCain, but in comparison, there is no comparison. If anyone thinks Bush’s administration gave us problems and over spending, as the saying goes, “YOU AIN’T SEEN NOTH’N YET.” I really try to be objective about this election, however the more I see and research and hear the more I am incredulous that Obama is as high as he is in the race. Now I haven’t even mentioned that Obama’s purported policies will no doubt lead our country further down the road towards recession by raising taxes and socializing more government programs and the economy. His stand on finance will end this country, as we now know it. Even the most catechumen among us should know that to raise taxes in hard economic times is certain disaster. Basic economics dictate that to increase revenue you lower taxes, there by allowing for growth. There is so much that is negative about this guy that I could fill tomes and reams of paper, but for the life of me, I just can’t understand the fascination with Obama.

Our Government let us down
It's not Rocket Surgery
I don’t want to see this country go into a full-blown recession and consequent depression by levying taxes and darkening the horizon at a time when we need the entrepreneurial spirit to shine. As I said before, think beyond the slick talk and empty promises and elect people who have shown they can do what is needed to, get-er-done.
Removing doubt and decision one issue at a time.
Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005 1/26/2005 Congressional Research ServiceFederal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005Bill Summary1/26/2005--Introduced. Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005 - Amends the Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act of 1992 to establish: (1) in lieu of the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), an independent Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Agency which shall have authority over the Federal Home Loan Bank Finance Corporation, the Federal Home Loan Banks, the Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae), and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation (Freddie Mac); and (2) the Federal Housing Enterprise Board. Sets forth operating, administrative, and regulatory provisions of the Agency, including provisions respecting: (1) assessment authority; (2) authority to limit nonmission-related assets; (3) minimum and critical capital levels; (4) risk-based capital test; (5) capital classifications and undercapitalized enterprises; (6) enforcement actions and penalties; (7) golden parachutes; and (8) reporting. Amends the Federal Home Loan Bank Act to establish the Federal Home Loan Bank Finance Corporation. Transfers the functions of the Office of Finance of the Federal Home Loan Banks to such Corporation. Excludes the Federal Home Loan Banks from certain securities reporting requirements. Abolishes the Federal Housing Finance Board.
Had the congress passed this reform act we would quite probably not be in the mess we are in today. After the Enron disaster some forward thinking legislators put together what they considered to be a measure to avert such debacles from occurring again.
The person who put the act forward was John McCain. Of course he is not without fault either.
He was among the legislators to vote for deregulation which some argue lead to this problem.
The bottom line is that on both sides of the isle and through many administrations things have been let go and overlooked. It is time for someone to step up to the plate and take care of business for the people of this country.
As I said in the title removing doubt one issue at a time. From the housing bubble deflation to the latest AIG loan we need the leadership that is willing and has a record of going against the establishment and getting the job done. That my friends I will leave up to you to decide, however, decide by deed and not by rhetoric and your choice will be clear.
Kindergarten capers
I fear in some cases it has already come to that juncture, this should not be. Case in point would be the disgraceful treatment of Sarah Palin. Everybody and their brother is dumping on her for everything from motherhood to her tanning practices. I say give it a rest and so do the majority of people in the US. The Left Wing zealots are the worst and on the Right they continue to bash the candidate on foolish things. There is plenty to question on both sides without using hateful demagoguery. When has it become acceptable for the candidate for the Presidency to engage the candidate for the Vise Presidency? Folks this just isn’t right. Please think long and hard about how these people act. It goes a long way towards showing how they would govern.

Not four more years of the same at all
Well Folks, Obama's speech at the DNC was indeed an inspiring bit of politics. On it's face, because of the pomp and ceremony along with his Soave rhetorical delivery it was brilliant, however if you really look at the substance of it you will find the same things that you have been hearing for most of your life, the same worn out promises and cliches that we have been handed on a silver platter, only to find out that silver tarnishes before long and so too the promises of the politics as usual. There is no change there at all, none that I can see at any rate. Simply put, our way of life, our capital system and our country cannot afford an Obama presidency. If you think it has been less than sterling the last eight years, like the old saying goes, "You ain't seen nothing yet."
Please try to be fair when you research and make a decision, I know it seems as though I lean one way, that is only because after my exhaustive research I have found one view to be more acceptable than the other, and believe me, I don't give a calorically challenged rodent's posterior as to the party designation, I am interested in the policies programs and over all way of doing things. McCain has proven he can get it done, and at the risk of seeming redundant, so too has Palin. All these things and many more are what I base my view on, I will vote accordingly and have a clear peaceful conscience, not one that had to be massaged into overlooking the cruel naked truth of a society on the brink. We are a strong and decent country and no matter what any ex-president or perspective first lady may say, we have a grand future to look forward to if we think before we choose and not become entrapped in feelings, but apply the facts, unique concept for some I know, but I think not for those of us who apply these rules. Demagoguery should have no place in the decision.
Classy Ladies
Now you are saying to yourself, "what! did some one give him some sort of philter and now he can't help but be smitten with these two gentle women?" The answer would be, "NO" no one gave me a potion to drink at all, what did happen is that I weighed what is known about them and what has been said and came to a conclusion that any right thinking person would have to arrive at given the same research.
As for Sarah's experience and some saying she is inexperienced I say, number one, is that she isn't running for the presidency and number two if you look at her thirteen years in public service and what she has managed you will find she is actually the most experienced of the whole lot of them. Being a Senator for 143 days and then campaigning there after dose not constitute experience in management, by the same token Although John McCain has an exemplary record has no real experience managing or running organizations. The military as we all know is unique in and of it self. As far as Biden is concerned, he has been a Senator for thirty years and once again that does not constitute running anything, unless you count running our pocket books dry.
So when you hear about the lack of experience on the part of Sarah Palin, weigh it against the rest of the pack and you too will find she is far and away out in front.

Why the U.S. is so excoriated around the world
This may well raise a question in the minds of right thinking individuals. Okay, here is the upshot of this excoriation. They say we are a large producer of pollution even though we spend more on cleaning up our industrial waste that anyone in the world, bar none. To those critics of our industrialization I say; we can easily curtail our pollution and thereby actually clean the atmosphere, of course that would do nothing to address the biggest polluters on the planet now, China, India, and per capita a multitude of other semi-third world or developing countries.
However the actions taken would cause another condemnation of the U.S. Here goes, as we support with financial aid, 150 countries around the world, with 38.7 Billions of our dollars it apparently is not enough for some. Want to know what is troubling about that? There are only around 200 countries, hello! Why is anyone bitch’n about our aid? Oh wait, I get it, they want more, let me see, wouldn’t that cause more pollution? The answer would be yes. The most exasperating part of the whole thing is that the same who complain about the one are also the same who complain about the other, what a dilemma. Okay so if we cut back on aid and become more separate we could solve the pollution problem. Oh, oh, do I see a paradox coming? Why I believe I do. We Spend 38.7 Billion on foreign aid, but we pollute, yet we can get a handle on the pollution by cutting aid, if we do we are condemned for not caring, and becoming separatists. In this modern world separatism would never work. We need to temper and balance all factors before we act. So as I see it what we have is a catch 22. Lest we forget, the top of the heap or the king of the hill is always the one everybody tries to put down. No one would ever admit it, but jealousy plays a big roll in all this. Oh yeah, why else would so many keep criticizing someone who is doing a yeoman’s job? Of course this only takes into account the monetary aspect. Add to that the military, oh yeah, that money is figured into our military budget. Again here we have just the dollars, none of this takes into account the prices we pay that are more dearly paid for with human life. I bet you think that is the end? Not hardly, now take into account all the private aid we as a country give and it boggles the mind to think that anyone, anywhere could possibly fault us for what we do. One more sad testimony to all this is that, you always expect to hear dissension from some ranks, what is disturbing is that some of the loudest voices come from our own countrymen. (Enter first amendment and people like Michael Moore and Jane Fonda) I just wish when they were bashing the U.S. they would remember some of the good we do worldwide and temper their rhetoric accordingly. Some of those type get so bitter with their vitriol you would think they actually hate this country.
If you think all this is confusing, take heart. The world leaders in their infinite wisdom can’t even figure out how many countries there actually are. The numbers run from 168 to 211 (United Nations has 192)
Make up is changing in America.
We have always been a country of immigrants, which is what we are and how we formed, that is not the problem we face these days. What is happening is we have increasingly more and more closed groups of foreign nationals coming here and only wanting to be here for what they can get out of it for themselves with no regard towards supporting the country. They only pay for things when they are caught or are forced to do so.
There is very little assimilation among these people, El Salvadorans, Puerto Ricans, Mexicans and a slew of other Hispanic and many other ethnic peoples.
In a recent survey, when asked about what country they care about most, they said, their native land. They are only here to make money and don't really give a hoot about this country. They want to stay true to their native land, make money and send it home or live here in their own closed community.
These people do not realize that by doing so they are engaging in a very dangerous practice. They don't get it that eventually when they become the majority, which is quickly becoming the case, there will be no more America, as they know it, or as we know it. The core of the U.S. will cease. A country can only go so long with a minority running things and paying for things. The basic tenant of the tower of Babel would present it self all too soon. That is there would be too many diversified cultures that cannot communicate with each other and therefore cannot interact, which eventually leads to confusion separatism and will take away the ability to continue and flourish as a society. There would be devolution in that the ability to act in a synergistic way between the different groups would simply no longer exist, by way of bewilderment due to dissimilation. In essence society would return to a time when tribes ruled and intercommunication was so rare that it quite often brought about dispute by its mere nature. The whole idea of immigration is assimilation so that we can keep the country going, growing and prosperous. Let's face it when you keep pouring wine out of a glass and never refill it, eventually that glass empties. That is where we are headed in this country and the politicians really need to get a handle on this stuff before it is too late. Where are the officials that will right the Good Ship America?

WAR, huh, good God-yall, what is it good for?
Or is it?
No sane person wants to be in a war, or kill another human being, but, and this is a big but, there are times in order to preserve our own lives and indeed our way of life, or to protect others as a moral imperative we are forced into situations that some feel are untenable. Unfortunately as detestable as it may be, we find ourselves in the very position of having to not only defend ourselves and our way of life but those of which we have been charged as protectors, i.e., those who are oppressed and those that are imprisoned, or those who are forced to live a life of slavery, or in a state of helotry.
Notice the beginning words of “no sane person,” I actually believe that there are in this world those who by clinical definitions may not in fact be insane, but by all accounts, morally or ethically speaking are so bankrupt that anyone who cares to look, would be hard pressed to tell the difference. If some of you think that war must be avoided at all costs, I would say; look to The Holocaust, or for that matter any society that have been so passive as to bring about genocide on a grand scale. If the passive ply their ideals to the point of inhalation, what we have left are the aggressors. Anyone who does not see the difference between a people who defend and protect the downtrodden and stand on the principals of freedom and democracy and those who make war just because others do not adhere to their ideology or theocratic dogma, have a definite problem in the way their thought process works.
I know, sure, you are saying, “The First Amendment,” well that is just fine, and yes we need to have the freedom to speak against injustice as we see it or to have the right to petition the government, however I for one am sick and tired of people bastardizing the first amendment and using it like a club. The founding fathers never intended it for what it has become. It was never meant to be used to hurt others, or to infringe on the rights of others, or be used as a tool to demean, or force others to acquiesce to someone else’s beliefs.
So, is war a necessary evil? At times it is justified. Is war ever something that should be embraced by sane people? Absolutely not.
Remember not only does the first amendment rights of one stop at the tip of another’s nose; it should also extend to human sensitivities and sensibilities. Our citizens that wish to protest, have every right to do so, however they should be reminded to do so with gratitude and humanity in their hearts.

The ledger has red and black ink
The ledger has red and black ink
Why is it that some people have no quit in them and others quit before they even get started?
The preponderance of evidence suggests that the answer lies squarely on their environment and up bringing. If one is taught from the outset that he or she can accomplish great things than that attitude will carry throughout life. Even the underprivileged can draw from that strength. It doesn’t have to be only the privileged that can access the basic drive and attitude it takes to accomplish goals. It is a given that privilege certainly makes the road an easier one, however the common everyday folks have the right, human dignity, and drive that is equally available to all. Why is it then that some flourish and others languish? Once again it comes back to the start we have in life. The family unit is so important and yet we have let it deteriorate to the point of near obscurity.
Some names are written in red for blood shed on foreign soil. Some names are written in black on epitaphs that come all too soon. Those would be the ones that have no quit in them. Some names are up in lights or in periodicals to some supposed wonderful place that many strive to reach. Yet in the final analysis we the people here that live in relative peace and contentment are really the ones who’s names are written in red, for we are the ones that owe the debt. Yes we owe the debt of gratitude and life it self to those who’s names are indelibly written in the annals of history, for those are the shoulders on which we stand. As it is with any ledger, that which is owed is in red and that which is paid in full and has equity is in black. We owe the debt of gratefulness and of support to all those who serve our country so the rest of us have the opportunity prosper. As it is their self appointed duty to protect our freedom, it should be our solemn vow to support them in their efforts and strive to do our best to take advantage of the freedoms they have given us. We don’t need quitters or naysayers. We don’t need elected officials insulting and doing their utmost to undermine the efforts of brave men and women that are fighting for all humanity’s sake.
What we need is a balanced ledger. One that no longer has red or black in conflict, but one that is of no deficit to anyone. We arrive at that through peace, strength and the ability to overcome our enemies, the enemies that are ignorance, intolerance and misunderstanding, which is achieved through common sense and the willingness to see any conflict through to the end.
We don’t need to teach revisionist history that tarnishes the memories of those that have fought so long and hard to give us our freedom. We don’t need to indoctrinate young people with ideas that our country is the great evil in the world. We need true open institutions of higher learning, not ones that force one ideological idea over another. What we need to do is honor the memory of those to which we owe this debt, so that we finally have a balanced total we can live with. That, my friends, is how we balance the ledger.

Too close for comfort
Too close for comfort
The year is, well, you pick it, but it isn’t too far off. The country has been in extremis now for quite some time. People have been forced to make decisions they thought were in their best interest. The wonderful elected solons that we laughingly call politicians have been consistently making the wrong decisions for so long, that things have gone all the way around the bend. The country in turn being demagogued into voting what was borne out to be the absolute wrong way on so many so called fixes. All of which had given more control to the government and taken away more and more from the people. Somewhere along the line we forgot, or got bamboozled into thinking that the power flows from the government to the people not the way it was intended by the founding fathers, namely from the people to the government. With every new program and tax and spend scam came a downward spiral that at first appeared to be the salvation of a country gone wrong. Only when it was to late did we realize the folly of these do-gooder programs. A Democratic president has been in power for some time. The Congress and Senate are a Democratic majority and the country is nearly bankrupt, not only monetarily, but morally as well. That lopsided political playing field was brought about not so much by the Democrats being better than the Republicans, but by the Republicans abdicating their beliefs and platforms in the name of by-partisanship. The political miscreants had practiced in apostasy for way too long and the country was now paying dearly for it. The politically correct crowd has brow beat the country out of prayer in schools. The family unit has gone to hell in a handbag due to government over control and parents abdicating their responsibilities to officials and the education system. There seemed to be no end to their trying to get all mention of religion out of the country in its entirety. After so many tries at immigration reform the problem is no better than it ever was, due once again to the politicians not allowing the laws to be enforced. Everyone was so damn worried about being P.C. that we forgot to pay attention to what was going on. Amnesty was the catch phrase of the day and extended family restoration brought so many illegals in that they sucked the lifeblood from the economy. No country could ever assimilate that many into its population and survive. The environmentalists too have rode rough shod over an unsuspecting public to the point of the U.S. not being able to support it self with energy, and being choked ever so slowly by foreign producers. There were no new refineries, but that didn’t matter much anyway because nearly all oil exploration had grinded to a halt, in some more sensitive places it had actually come to a screeching halt. Needless to say the most efficient and environmentally clean fuel, nuclear power was off the table. Our wonderful lawmakers in their infinite wisdom opened our boarders not only to illegal immigration but to free trade that had all but driven nearly every big business out of the manufacturing sector within the 48 contiguous states. One of the most egregious snafus of all would be the socialized medicine that was forced upon the country in ways that were at first hardly noticeable. Over time it became dreadfully clear that the taxpayers could ill afford all the social programs enacted. Socialized medicine had so many models to point to that just plain ol didn’t work, yet the pusillanimous sycophants we had as politicians insisted upon ramming it down the people’s throats, once again pointing out the folly of a government gone wild with too much power and control, add to that the illegal alien problem and there was a recipe for disaster if ever there was one. The ineptitude of the officials knew no bounds. Finally after a near collapse of the healthcare system all together the wonderful entrepreneurial spirit of the American people took hold. After years of nearly non-existent quality care and waiting interminably for procedures the people were fed up. What happened after that is the story that has brought about this telling.
The people and the medical profession en masse, with the help of some people who are never adverse to making a pile of money off others misfortunes have stepped up to the plate. In some circles there was even what is known as schadenfreude syndrome, which means taking pleasure at others misfortune. As is the case quite often in situations such as what had been brought about, there is never any lack of sleaze. All the dregs came out or should I say crawled out from under their rocks and took advantage of whomever and whatever they possibly could. There grew a black market within the shadow system. However there was more of the money grabbing going on than anything else. All the most talented medical professionals had joined what had become to be known as poly –medicine, or polymed for short. What that was, was talented medical professionals basically joining this cabal a camarilla and going underground so to speak. The socialized system that was put in place was so corrupt and useless that the medical professionals could barely eek out a living. The pay and care was woefully inept. What evolved was no less then what one would expect from a proud and ingenious people with their backs against the wall, a totally innovative way to serve and make a decent living at the same time. The Polymed system had become the care of choice for those who could afford quality healthcare and the socialized system that was left to the hoi-polloi, the common folk, was what everyone else got, except of course any and all political hacks that could avail themselves of these premium services, by hook or by crook. Oh yeah, there had grown a tremendous underground system, a sub-culture and offshoots of businesses. All the medicine companies, the equipment companies, the supply companies and not anywhere near the least, was the omni-present insurance companies. The insurance companies were grabbing money hand over fist, but than again, what else is new. Organs and body parts had become commodities, as did the medical professionals themselves. Body parts acquired by dubious means were available if one had the money, so too were the Medical professionals themselves. There were actually brokers for professional people. That in and of it self was fast becoming a sub-culture in that the people were in classes. There were the doctors, the nurses, right on down to the functionaries and disposal personnel. The disposal companies were having a hey-day also. Whenever you have a system that uses any commodity and that would include biological wastes, you have a need to dispose of them. If you have a shadow society, it would hold that you would need the services that go with it. It was survival of the fittest in the true sense of the word. The government try as they might could not stem the tide of people wanting what they deserved. Not getting what they needed from an overbearing government they turned to their own devises, once again proving that the power lies with the people and always should. In the end after much bleeding and the pendulum swinging way too far the wrong way the people finally took back their country and their power, underscoring those great words, “We The People”.
This scenario as outrageous as it may seem, unfortunately is TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT.

So Confusing
There may have to be a certain amount of afflatus here to get me to understand this one, but than again who am I to denounce any divine intervention.
There is something that has been bothering me for some time now and I have yet to receive an answer that makes any sense at all. Why is it that liberals profess to be for the people, the working man, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, when in fact their actions and rhetoric belies that premise and indeed points to just exactly the opposite.
Cases in point:
LIFE; partial birth abortion, what is it with that heinous practice? I mean ripping apart a baby half way out of the womb, or drilling into its tiny little head and scrambling its brains till it is no longer alive? Then unceremoniously disposing of the tiny human as if it had no more worth than yesterday’s garbage. What kind of a sick monster would sanction anything so vile? Other things repulse us that are nowhere near as disgusting, and yet in some circles it is acceptable to carry out such atrocities? Why is it that on the one hand the left is so damn rabid about not stopping an enemy who is trying desperately to destroy our way of life, granted it takes the hard road of survival of the fittest, but what are the alternatives. The radical factions of this world have stated their intentions quite clearly and have left us with precious few options. On the other hand some deem it an acceptable practice to murder a fully functional human being. I’m sorry, but somehow the logic of that totally eludes me. Now maybe I’m a bit slow on the uptake, so can anyone enlighten me as to the common sense or the judgment behind that way of thinking?
LIBERTY:
If as is quite often given countless hours of lip service, liberals are for liberty, then why is it that they unceasingly keep trying to put forth bills and laws that take away our liberties at every turn? They continually hand over to the government more authority than was ever intended, by doing so they abdicate our rights over to the government and away from the people.
THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS:
Ok here is a sticky one. Have you ever just sat and listened to the countless hours of bemoaning the state of the country, the world, the economy, life in general. It’s like everything sucks to these guys. How about some optimism? How about some enthusiastic accolades for jobs well done by the people of this country? How about some faith in the American people and our capitalist system, the free market system to right the problems? How about not always relying on the government to bail things out? How about congratulating the country with supporting nearly 80 % of the world’s impoverished nations with infrastructure, food, medicine, education, security, what about that huh? How about not always taking everyone else’s side over our own country’s when it comes to who’s right and who’s wrong. You see where my dilemma lies? Of course you don’t, because there is no dilemma, there is no dichotomy; the facts bear out the argument.
Founding fathers ideals
Well, you asked for it, it’s not pretty, but than again losing ones rights and self-worth never is. Don’t you think it’s high time we took back a few of our rights, stop some of these entitlement programs that keep people dependent upon the government and vote in some people that want smaller government with less control over our lives? Oh those of you who whine about this administration and its spending policies are not too far off the mark. Just remember this; the congress is the body that actually spends the money. They appropriate the funds, the president puts forth his requests and our wonderful elected cognoscenti do the dirty deed. Need I remind anyone that the party in majority is the Democratic Party? Don’t sit on your hands when it’s time to be counted. Vote your conscience and bring control back where it belongs, or very, very soon we will be bidding a fond adieu to the free market, capitalist system and saying hello to socialism.
coining of new words
Hey what about this wonderful boon to mankind CFLs (compact florescent lights)? They are admitting now that they are not environmentally friendly as we thought. Did any of you ever read what you are suppose to do if you break one? Gees it reads like a hazardous waste spill scare. This is some of the crap they tell us to do, “ hold your breath, leave the room for a half an hour, when you do come back don’t disturb the area any more than absolutely necessary, when cleaning up try to wet the area so as not to disperse any mercury and lead based particles into the atmosphere, where protective clothing, once you get all the “nuclear waste” cleaned up be ever so careful to contain it in a safe receptacle and then transport to the proper authorities for disposal.” Way back when fluorescents first came on the scene and were used onboard our US ships, a bulb would break they use to send in the Has-Mat crew to clean it up, that is basically the same technology with these CFLs. Now I’m not say’n, I’m just say’n, that there are prominent members of our elected official elites that have a great deal to do with the companies that manufacture these units. (GE, Westinghouse, Philips, the list goes on and so does the conflict of interest) At any rate, after we have been sufficiently ripped off they will issue a statement along the lines of, “ oh well maybe these CFLs aren’t as good as LEDs which are now being used in ever increasing amounts for lighting of all types. They will probably spin it somehow but eventually they will get behind the LEDs and we will have a low cost, environmentally friendly, long lasting, safe lighting source that will not only save a whole bunch of money but also address a lot of environmental issues. Hey I wonder if it would be time to buy some stock in LED producing companies? You can bet your bottom dollar, and I mean that literally, that these stock holders that are presently on board with the CFLs will jump right on the LED band wagon. Can anyone say “Cattle Futures” turning 1k into 100k over night is what I’m talk’n about. (enter Hillary)

The Great Uniter? The Great Divider.
Inadvertently, the Barack Obama/ Reverend Wright debacle is changing Barack’s hopeful message of being the great uniter, to being the great divider, well not exactly. What is now happening is a bit of a backlash. There are more and more reverends and consequently black churches embracing Wright and his disgusting views. Now I think we can all agree that the reverend, in his over twenty year ministry has most likely lead many of his flock to a wonderful religious life. However the revolting statements made by the reverend seem to be shared by all too many in the black community. We all get the fact that a hundred and fifty years ago we in this country engaged in the repulsive practice of slavery, all right all ready, we get it, we must as a nation get by this, if not we will never progress beyond this point of blame. We have just got to get over this guilt of the sins of our fathers. All those other statements are so far beyond the pale that they don’t even deserve a response. Unfortunately, the comments are so egregious that one can’t help but address them. What I have to say about them is, nauseating, and leave it at that. If I get going on the reverend’s comments I would be lowering myself into the pits of disparaging attacks that are nothing more than hateful rhetoric. Things are bad enough. Two wrongs don’t make a right and we certainly don’t need any more ad hominem attacks. The problem as I see it is, not black or white, but black and white. Communities are once again rallying around a cause that instead of uniting and equalizing the peoples of the earth is causing a greater divide. Sometimes people are their own worst enemies, as are the so-called leaders, the cognoscenti that keep others in a situation by their actions, while using aphorisms that say they are helping to advance the plight of their constituents, BULL. For years the democrat party has professed to be the champion of the black community and other people of color, HA! The only thing I can see they have done is initiate more entitlement programs that lead to dependency rather than self-sufficiency and pride in their accomplishments. It has been proven ever since the beginning of time that things accomplished through hard work and honest toil are the ones that are held in high regard, while the things that come easy, or are given, bring with them a certain amount of disdain or contempt. I seem to be getting off topic here. My point is, that sometimes as hard as we try, we cannot get our message across. In this case it is Barack’s own people that by thinking they are supporting him, are actually undermining his message by way of misguided church leaders. Perhaps they should stay on message, the message of love and religion, rather than political pandering or preaching social issues, instead of religion.

Apocalyptic Nihilism
Do they not see the absolute need to confront radicals at every turn? No one ever wants to go to war, or be constantly on the defensive against radicals that wish to obliterate our way of life, but hell man, it is necessary. If evil is not confronted and complacency and or denial is allowed to rule, than we are truly doomed. Just ask a holocaust survivor. When any society allows radicals to have their way without confrontation it always ends in disaster. Just ask the Roman Empire. The list is as long as civilization it self. We don’t need to tell everyone else how to live. What we do need to do is, be ever vigilant in our fight for freedom, which unfortunately includes confronting and if necessary overcoming by force an enemy that has no central organization. That is to say, we will probably never sign anything like the treaty of Ghent or the treaty of Versailles in which there were clearly drawn sides and leaders that could be addressed and dealt with accordingly. With the radicals now our days we may never have a clear-cut victory. Our only sign that we have won will probably be relative safety and peace. In our dilemma we have a kluge of unrelated groups that have only the idea of our destruction in common. Oh yeah, lest we forget, there is always the fact that, their way, is the only way. As I said I have searched high and low to find someone who could pull our bacon out of the fire. In all honesty the only one that I would consider a champion for the people is Newt Gingrich, unfortunately he is not running this time around. All we can hope for is that whoever gets in doesn’t actually screw things up to the point beyond repair and that someone like Newt will come along in four years and bring us out of the darkness into the light.

More of my time wasted
That is my wail. These alleged solons, or maybe a better phrase would be solonian miscreants, that we put into positions of power are just outright useless.
We would be much better served by installing Incitatus the horse as a senator, as did Caligula, than many that we now have. At least with the horse we know if we put hay in one end than manure will come out the other. With our politicians they spend our treasure and time and still we get manure, only in the case of our officials the manure comes out of every orifice. It comes out in the form of lies, misspent and misappropriated funds, as well as having the uncanny ability to be consistent in doing the wrong thing, not to mention that one must search far and wide to find a politician that isn’t in some illegal activity or morally bankrupt sexual liaison. It is my fervent wish that we had a candidate worth voting for.
Arianna Huffington, a disgusting person
Here is my thinking behind that statement. She allows the most sordid, detestable, vicious language to be vetted on her blog. She hides behind the thinly veiled excuse of anonymity and her outright lies of, “they get taken down as soon as we see something that is hateful,” oh, spare me. There have been countless postings of the utmost vile, insidious, contemptible statements that have been left up on that site for months at a time for the entire world to see. Among the lowest forms of bottom feeders are the people that make a living at the expense of others. (There is no need here to go into the part that politicians, lawyers, or paparazzi play in such a scenario.) My point here, besides exposing these revolting, repulsive types for exactly what they are, is, that these types become, not so much famous, as infamous. They prey on the weak and dull of mind to further their standing in circles that trade in such obnoxious things. It is a sad testimony to our society when attacks the likes of which mankind can ill afford are haled instead of reviled and loathed. Their rights to be hateful and nauseating may well be the downfall of a barely civilized society.

Barack Obama could have made history
There will never be equality in this country until the black community can manage to let go of slavery. It is used by many as an excuse, a crutch and justification for a myriad of things, from joblessness to HIV-aids and everything you could possibly conceive of in between. The never-ending victim angle is alive and well and in play whenever the complaints of racism are trotted out. That’s not to say we don’t have problems to overcome, however playing the blame game is not the way to solve our predicament. There will never be equality in this country until one side ceases beating up the other over past acts of atrocities. For some it was slavery such as was perpetrated against the Jews in Rome and in Egypt, or the atrocities against the Jews in Germany, the genocide in Darfur, the ethnic cleansing in Bosnia, the bigoted and at times lethal treatment of the Irish in the early 1900s, the terrible treatment of the Italians at the hands of people like Mussolini. The black on black slave trade of the 1800s, or the slavery here in our own country in the same era, or September 1, 2001. All these dark times and so many more are the history of mankind whether it is 7 years ago, 60 years ago, 150 years ago or 2000 years ago, the point is that the human race has been perpetrating crimes against itself for as long as man has been on this planet. We must now seize the opportunity to examine our foolish and destructive behavior. By doing so we can only hope that we will find a solution to our insanity.
It is a shame that some in this country use to their advantage the divisive rhetoric that on a daily basis can be found in all walks of life and by all manner of people. Some continue to dangle the ever-elusive carrot of a colorblind society in front of people in the form of social programs that do little more than keep people dependant upon the system and the government in general. Furthermore these same groups use their power over others to further their own political agenda. They use the power of the vote from these oppressed groups that they so insidiously profess to be helping for their own self-serving purposes. We must quit just giving lip service to the phrase of putting an end to the politics of the past and look forward to a future that is bright with hope and change. That should be the true message of hope and change so continually expounded by the presidential candidates. We can only hope that perhaps in the future a candidate will join our fight to stay a viable society. Unfortunately I see no one at this time who can coalesce the peoples of our country and the world, to bring about what is so dearly needed.

Rush did not help
The Republican cross-over vote was 9%, of that the majority actually went with Barry O
So much for the Rush factor. I do believe however that he probably carries quite a bit of weight and I mean that figuratively not literally. Therefore I believe there is some pressure put to bare by the Limbaugh crowd, but I don't really think he can determine the outcome of an election. Having said that, I'm not so sure about Bush's presidency and the campaign leading up to his becoming the 43rd president of our great country. I'm convinced that Rush and others like him had a great deal to do with getting him elected to his first and second terms, if in no other way at least in name recognition. That in and of it self would transfer over into some votes and as it was such a close contested race it would only take a little nudge here and a word there to turn the tide. A word of caution here, the Democrats are making plans to destroy our way of life as we know it. If what it looks like is going to happen, a Democrat in the White House, you can kiss your pocketbook goodbye, you can kiss a good many of your freedoms goodbye, and you can kiss decent health care goodbye, oh I almost forgot, you can kiss about 30 million aliens and there subsequent extended families hello. That would also lead to kissing many of our jobs goodbye. You better think long and hard about this and put the ideology and demagoguery aside and do what is best for our country and our future.

Hollywood elites vote to give up their millions
So go ahead you fools and vote Democrat and you will get what you get. By the way, please allow me to thank you in advance for your contributions to my income.
