coining of new words

Global warmingism, or climatism, that's right folks, new words that will probably be entered into our lexicon before too long. Global warming and climate change has just as many scientist on one side of the issue, as there are on the other. I know that if you listen to the pundits for or against you will come away with a lopsided view of the problem. We must always strive to look at all sides of any given issue and be as objective as we can and then make our decision as to where we come down on an issue. Every few years it's either global cooling or global warming. Hello, can anyone say, cyclical? (by the way, NOAA’s newest data is that there has been no appreciable change in temperature since 1998) There is no doubt that we are in a warming cycle in general, and yes we put all together too many pollutants into our atmosphere, however, the global warming whackos, (the Al Gore crowd) have turned it into an ideology, for many it indeed has become an idealism, nearly a religion or a cult in the raw and true base sense of those words, hence the coining of new words. Over time the etymology of words tends to evolve, no not just evolve, but actually change, so too has the global warming phenomenon. It has gone from a compellation of facts, to spinning, or stretching the facts and truth to suit an ideology. In some cases the facts just plain ol get in the way of the truth. Yeah, we need to stop polluting our planet and yeah, we need to be good stewards for the future of our world. The other thing we need to do is actually use the truth as our premise and not some made up ideological clap trap as to what we are confronted with. Let’s face it, with the noises the global warming crowd are making now, it seems to me noting more than a way to glean more taxes and control for the government and special interest groups, i.e. the newest money grab besides carbon credits, the green tax. That would be the tax on vehicles that get less than thirty miles per gallon or any other crack-headed ideas about taxes that they don’t think the American public is smart enough to figure out as just another grab for our wallets.

Hey what about this wonderful boon to mankind CFLs (compact florescent lights)? They are admitting now that they are not environmentally friendly as we thought. Did any of you ever read what you are suppose to do if you break one? Gees it reads like a hazardous waste spill scare. This is some of the crap they tell us to do, “ hold your breath, leave the room for a half an hour, when you do come back don’t disturb the area any more than absolutely necessary, when cleaning up try to wet the area so as not to disperse any mercury and lead based particles into the atmosphere, where protective clothing, once you get all the “nuclear waste” cleaned up be ever so careful to contain it in a safe receptacle and then transport to the proper authorities for disposal.” Way back when fluorescents first came on the scene and were used onboard our US ships, a bulb would break they use to send in the Has-Mat crew to clean it up, that is basically the same technology with these CFLs. Now I’m not say’n, I’m just say’n, that there are prominent members of our elected official elites that have a great deal to do with the companies that manufacture these units. (GE, Westinghouse, Philips, the list goes on and so does the conflict of interest) At any rate, after we have been sufficiently ripped off they will issue a statement along the lines of, “ oh well maybe these CFLs aren’t as good as LEDs which are now being used in ever increasing amounts for lighting of all types. They will probably spin it somehow but eventually they will get behind the LEDs and we will have a low cost, environmentally friendly, long lasting, safe lighting source that will not only save a whole bunch of money but also address a lot of environmental issues. Hey I wonder if it would be time to buy some stock in LED producing companies? You can bet your bottom dollar, and I mean that literally, that these stock holders that are presently on board with the CFLs will jump right on the LED band wagon. Can anyone say “Cattle Futures” turning 1k into 100k over night is what I’m talk’n about. (enter Hillary)
