my heart is saddened

I am so disgusted with these politicians it isn't funny any more. I’m disgusted and Pissed off and shamed. They kept banging on about how this was so bad and even though like 90% of Americans were against it they said, “oh you don’t understand and we know better because we are politicians.” Well riddle me this Batman, the bill wouldn’t stand on it’s own, what is that telling us? That in spite of what they said, it wasn’t that bad because they would have passed it otherwise. This 700 Billion is so full of pork it’s like the Chicago stockyards for crying out loud. Hell they got this tax break for some wooden arrow manufacturer, some deal for woolite or some such thing, (not really, but it may as well be) some bicycle incentive package, it just goes on and on with ridiculous earmarks and pork. If this were as bad as they lead us to believe they wouldn’t have had to buy votes to pass it, by porking the U.S. taxpayer. I’m so infuriated that I don’t even want to know half the crap they loaded into this alleged bale-out. It’s only as high as 700 Bill, because of all the pork. We probably could have taken care of business in the tens of billions, I ‘m livid, incensed, furious, fuming, enraged, beside my self, ripping, oh I could go on, but what’s the sense. I see it doesn't matter a fig what we the people want, it’s what the politicians can finagle and wrangle out of us. How about THEY start paying for all their screw-ups. How about they have to live like the rest of us, with the insurance we have and the benefit pacages we have. How about they don't give themselves raises anymore without our say so. How about they don't take a job for 160 grand and then after a couple of terms they are multi millionairs, or they can't retire with bennies and the lot after a couple of terms, how about them apples? That would put a screeching halt to their shenanigans. The scariest part is that we are heading straight into the United Socialist States of America. It’s so very sad to see a great country going down the road to perdition on the way to wrack and ruin. Oh my poor country, I cry for thee, how could this happen? As I said before if you think it is bad now, wait and see what it will be like if Obama gets in. We can only hope and pray that won’t be the case. Sadness fills my heart at the prospect of this country going further into the depths of paucity and dearth.
